Default Max II latest update with IVT filtering?

Dear Escort, can you please confirm whether this week's update to the Max II has updated IVT filtering? Thank you.

That's the main part of the update, Escort radar has said this numerous times.

I do not see any announcement about 1.8, and no release notes.

It would seem to me that if the IVT update were included for the MAXII release it would have also been released for the MAXI which is identical but for the Bluetooth. I have not seen any confirmation of either but may have missed it?

That would be my expectation too, but after checking yesterday and today for a Max1 update in Detector Tools, there's still nothing.

ER has been silent on the Max2 v1.8 update too.

Default What about original MAX?

Tried Detector Tools update and it still says that 1.11 is the latest version. When will the MAX get it's update?

Before you start your detector in your car, hold Mute and Mark simultaneously. Your firmware version will show on the screen of your detector. Mine now shows 1.8.

I downloaded Detector tools pro, as it states it now works with the Max II as of the January update. My Max II is still on 1.7 and says there is no update available if i try to update it.

I haven't noticed the false detection's like I did on all Honda/Acura's. I will say that I have been getting them on makes that didn't trigger before. Mazda is one, some GM vehicles now as well.

Must be some give and take when they update the filtering. Only so many lines can be entered into code thus limiting the number of parameters that can be scanned, processed and blocked. Maybe has to do with with available memory/storage of the Max 2?
