I ordered it from Amazon a week ago...From actual Amazon, not a 3rd party or fulfilled by Amazon.

Hello all. It has been a long time since I have been here, so I am not current with all the recent activity. I was searching for a thread that might resemble my question, but this is as close as I could get.

A few days ago I removed my MAX 360 from the window mount to move the mount elsewhere. Note that my 360, when not being used, is kept in a "toy" closet of mine inside the house; it is not subject to constant heat, sun, cold, etc. I treat it better than my kid when she was a baby.

I noticed what looked like dirt on the top buttons. I barely moistened a towel and rubbed it, but it would not come off. Then I thought perhaps this is not dirt but button/paint failure. This is very noticeable, and its not coming off.

I'm sure others have had this issue; as I said this thread is as close as I could get to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Greg
