Good to know if true. Thanks.
Ka is still invincible, but as of the Max (and Escort Live too, IIRC), you can indeed lock out fixed laser, though it will not AutoLearn.

Correct, but I've tried locking out tollway booth iPass laser alerts for years with the max and it doesn't work.

Tb thanks for proving my point with your pm. I knew you couldn't resist.

Yes, if you press the mute button three times while the laser is alerting, it can be locked out manually.

Default Mine is fine

I have had no false laser alerts in several months of owning the 360. I had a lot of them with my 9500. Not many with the Max, and none with the 360.
I like the 360 a lot, works well for me. I am always somewhat baffled why some have such vehemence about the 360. Is it perfect, no, but no detector is. It is the best one for my circumstances, city and freeway driving, mostly along the same routes.

Regardless of what the causes are for false alerts, they are proven to exist and have no actual fix despite years of promises.

A little bit accusatory on your part to comment like that. I'm sure you will not be able to help yourself in responding indicating your moderator power or power trip as others have posted. Your response will prove my point.

I have had 2 laser alerts since I bought my 360..quite a few months ago. Once at a red light, where after I got the alert I spotted the LEO behind a pile of snow in a parking lot. The second one came as I was moving. The fact that I did not spot a LEO does not mean one was not there. I take every laser alert seriously; cops have been known to hide in really good places.

I get numerous Laser Alerts on a daily basis. Invariably they are due to Laser Speed Cameras monitoring traffic in the direction opposite to which I am traveling. I have been seeking help as to how best to handle them because they are really irritating.

Could be a freak thing. There was no one around me.
Could be a police sting operation. Those drive thru's have really slow speed limits.

Sure doesn't sound like a Max 360 or any Escort unit that's why I asked.
