Default 9500ci will not turn on after jump start of car

So I have had my 9500ci installed for a while. I installed it myself and it was all working perfectly.

Today I had to jump start my car due to a run down battery, during this process the power to the 9500ci turned on and off in quick succession multiple times due to the battery not being able to turn the starter motor but still power the car.

when the car was successfully jumped the 9500ci will no longer turn on, it seems there is no life at all, when the car is turned on there is a slight noise from the speaker like it is getting power but no noise of turning on

I have checked all my connections and the radar is getting power but it neither the screen or the control panel will light up

any suggestion you have would be greatly appreciated as this thing has saved me $1000 in tickets.

thanks in advance. if you need any more clarification on anything just let me know.

Press the power button. If that doesn't work then check the fuse. If the fuse is blown then replace it with a 2A fuse. If the fuse blows again then there is an issue with your 9500ci. Contact your installer or if you installed it yourself then contact us at the number in my signature below.

It is on the power lines that are made into the interface module (the module that all of the other components plug into).

Default 9500ci does not turn on when car first started but on second start

Hello, similar issue. Installed for years and working great, for many weeks now when I start the vehicle the unit will not power up and no button have any effect. If I turn off the vehicle and restart it almost always the unit come on automatically and is fine till the next time I turn off the vehicle.

Any suggestions before I take it to the place that installed it?
