I need some help here from the forum. I tried contacting customer service. Good luck with that!
I recently paid for my annual subscription and each time I open Escort Live! I receive the alert you see on the attached image. When I go into the subscription settings it says my subscription has already been paid. The app seems to work fine after I clear the alert, its just annoying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Escort Live! and the issue persists. As I stated, I tried to contact customer service, but I can't get through. This occurs whether or not the phone is attached to the detector or not. Samsung Galaxy S-20. Any suggestions are appreciated. |

The best way to reach CS is to call early in the day and request a call back. They will call you back usually within a couple hours. Good Luck!
