Default escort detector tool with windows 10 and MAX 360

I am having a problem with the Detector Tools 1.11.81 and my MAX 360.
The drivers are correctly installed, I have checked in device manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I am running Windows 10 x64.
The Detector Tool shows that there is No Detector Connected shows the no serial # of my detector.
I haver chat with support and called support
They are aware of the problem with Windows 10
Just checking if they have resolved the problem
Is anyone else have having the same problem

No problem here with Windows 10. Look elsewhere for your problem. Cable, conflicts etc.

I don't have a 360 but in order for detector tools to recognize the detector, I have to click and load detector tools first. Then I will plug the USB in.

If I follow the instructions and plug the USB in first and then load the detector tools, it will not recognize any detector.

Closeout and reboot. Double-click and load detector tools first ( let it fully open ) and then plug in. See if that works. I have to do this with Windows 7 and Windows 10

Have you tried to plug it into a blue-tabbed USB3 port as opposed to black-tabbed USB2 port on your computer?

Make sure the 360 is not plugged into power and USB. Use the USB cable only.
