Database Update Notification Emails

After the 90-day trial period for free database updates for my 9500ix expired, I still kept getting emails notifying me when every update was released. So, I unsubscribed from getting the update notifications. Then about af month ago I got off my butt and signed up for the 3-year updates. Now, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the email notifications for new updates, LOL.

When is the three months from (Free updates) from date of purchase or registering??

And has anyone purchased the 3yr Gold package?? Do you find it a good way to go??

Excellent question. We do not currently email you when your subscription is about to expire. That is something we are looking into though and will probably be doing this in the near future.

Your subscription begins when your trial period expires no matter when you purchased the subscription. You do not lose the trial period if you purchase a subscription early, such as with the unit.

Thanks for the reply, and when I do subscribe (Which I am, because the wife and I travel a lot) I am thinking strongly in going the gold package route.

Hey I am all for that one, that is why I was inquiring about life time subscriptions, save a few dollars here and there etc.

If you happen to download a update twice does it do any harm?? IE Speed camera's etc

Normally is it these update and software very few and far between???

Also the 3yr gold package is this only for the States, not Canada??? as I am having trouble buying a subscription for updates to my 9500ix

If you live in Canada you have to phone in to sales to buy subscriptions, not on there site..........
