Default Escort live crashes with version 3.1.27

I updated to 3.1.27 yesterday and now escort live crashes as soon as it starts. I sent the log with feedback. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s9 on Verizon. I hope it won't take weeks to get a fix....

Can confirm 3.1.27 has issues, force closes when opening. That's after clearing cache and data, restarting phone, as well as reinstalling the app. Going back to the previous version until this issue is addressed. Phone is a note 9 on Android 10.

Crashes for me every time I try to open it. Version is 3.1.27. Worked fine before this.

Wait, why were the posts here deleted? I posted a temporary fix and those posts were deleted. OP's problem was fixed and you had to go and remove it, yes, it meant going to another site to get the required file, but now EL is working without crashing. For me and several other users as well we can actually use the app as intended.

Default Latest version crashes on my Samsung Note 10

Since earlier this week the app has become unusable on my phone. From reading the posts on this forum, it sounds like I'm not the only one experiencing this. Any ETA on a fix? Thanks.

Crashes on initial start up every time. AND to make things worse, it won't go into landscape mods...only portrait....completely unusable now.

I'm thinking the brand and model of your phone, carrier, android version and if your phone is jailbroken might be helpful information.

LG V20, Android 8.0.0

App worked perfect until mid last week. Now it will not switch to landscape.
