Default Is this by chance a fuse?

A wire came out of the RJ11 connector on my Smart Cord Live connector and of course the detector stopped working. I replaced the connector this evening, using the color sequence I found on another thread: White-Black-Red-Green-Yellow-Blue, with the latch facing me.

Still no power, including no power LED on the power plug itself (the end that plugs into the 12V outlet). I took the power plug apart but see no visible problems. Is the button component on the IC board a fuse perhaps? Might this be the issue?

Thx!

That is not a fuse or a button, that is a capacitor.

It sounds like the wire may have shorted with another wire and may have damaged the detector. We will need to service the detector and the power cord.
