Default iphone settings
Does background app refresh need to be on for the live app to work properly? I have my background refresh turned off for the purpose of saving battery life.

I have location settings on while using app, is this correct?

I am on iphone xs with newest ios 14.2

That is a good question. I am not 100% certain about this, but I would say yes, that your background app abilities should be enabled if you are wanting to run Escort Live in the bakckground.
