ZR4 with Passport 9500ix & SmartCord Live!

Just wondering...

I'm becoming intrigued with the ZR4 shifters, but before I "pull the trigger", will they work with my 9500ix and SmartCord Live! cable?

If so, has anyone mounted the front shifters on a Chevy Cobalt? (Yeah, I know. It's not a Maserati or Ferrari, but it an still go fast enough).

They will all work but not together. You can connect the 9500ix and the ZR4 but not while using the SmartCord Live coiled cord. The ZR4 will work on it's own perfectly while you use the 9500ix with the current SmartCord Live coiled cord.

In May we will release a direct wire version of SmartCord Live which will allow you to connect the 9500ix and ZR4 and use them together with Escort Live.

Rats. My SmartCord Live! cable is under 30 days old. Will there be a trade-in program for the direct-wire version?

May is just 2 1/2 weeks away!
I can hardly wait to order the ZR4...

Any idea if the Escort Live will work with the 9500ci ?

Awesome to see a fellow Cobalt owner on here. I have the 9500iX and am thinking about getting Escort Live and a ZR4 as well. If you've ever driven an SS/TC you know you need one

I do not have a specific date to announce yet. Once I hear that we have a release date and are accepting orders then I will announce it on the forum. It should be later this month or early June at the latest.
