Well, I just finished a trip for
Atlanta to Memphis and back an marked several traps and encounters
For the Live crew! Even saved my own xss on the return trip at a point in
Mississippi!
In Alabama at the 198 mm on I-20 this morning I had a statie
Sitting in the median with constant on Ka
And the Redline picked it up.7 miles out while the 9500ix saw it .5 out.
Either way it saved several of us because the truckers even backed out
When they saw my brakes. 88/55 would've been ugly!

Btw, I've been running both RL/9500ix for a cpl weeks just to compare.
RL is far superior consistently. My ix is a 19xxx serial number so I'm sending it
For a tune up soon.

Don't use them at the same time,the IX will interfere with the Redline big time.

I'm debating purchasing a Redline or x50 with Live...

I live in TN, and in a couple weeks making a trip to Fl.
Just not sure If I want to spend the money on a new setup....

I have an older x50 that isn't usable with live....
But I've been thinking about taking advantage of the payment plan....

Also, I drive from Columbia to Nashville on my 2nd job so about 4days a week,
Morning and evening. So I'd be helping a lot....

You can't go wrong with either choice!! From what I have heard and read the Redline has a better range and will pick things up from farther away. A number people I have read think it picks up a little too much for their taste if you drive more city than highway. I personally have an X50 Red (pre-Black edition) and absolutely love it!! Adding the Live to it just made it that much better as I have been using it for a little bit now! Both are just awesome products and you will be very happy with which ever combo you choose!

Thanks to everyone who has replied so far.
I have the 9500ix with about 7 more months on my red light subscription and I called escort to see if they would give me a discount on a new live power cord with subscription and they said no, so I guess i will just wait till November to add the live cord. Will see you all on live then.
