Database Update Notification Emails

Sorry we were delayed in our responses!

1) That databse is designed to be overwritten by the latest revision and is always cumulative in nature so it's fine to update your database as often as you like.

2) The software updates are only "as needed" and will not be released as often as the database updates which occur every week.

3) The Gold package covers the 3 year service warranty, a 3 year subscritpion to the camera database(which covers North America, not just USA) and give you the USB cord you need to update your detector. However our website does not allow shipment to Canada at this time, and no I'm sorry I don't know why it does not allow that.
